Prepared patent specifications in the technical field of optical discs (CDs, DVDs, et cetera), standardized Blu-ray Discs, and handled matters related to patent disputes

Worked in settlement of disputes over intellectual property rights; management of intellectual property rights; corporate litigation; M&A; general corporate legal matters (e.g. general shareholders meetings)

Working in the fields of trial cases, actions against trial decisions case, expert opinions, search of infringement, settlement of disputes, licensing, copyright registration, acquisition of design and trademark rights in several dozens of countries in the world, mask work, Customs injunction, legal consulting services, and other legal services regarding intellectual property rights, pro bono.
